UGT Service Center is authorized to provide service for products of companies such as HPI, ACER, HPE, TRIPP-LITE, CYBERPOWER and satisfies all requirements of manufacturers. This includes serving customers based on warranty service rules provided by the partner manufacturer companies. In order to expand, the service center systematically works to find new partners.
Warranty services include:
- Diagnostics of under-warranty damaged equipment
- Replacement of damaged parts with the manufacturer’s original parts
- Software support (if such is provided with warranty terms)
Everything is carried out at the expense of the manufacturer. After replacement of parts, warranty terms of the equipment are fully extended until the expiration of the warranty period.
Through its regional branches the service center provides clients with full service not only in Tbilisi, but also in other three cities in Georgia: Kutaisi, Batumi, and Gori.
Our company is constantly working on expanding the service area across Georgia. We want to create a comfortable environment for our customers, so that they do not have to travel long distances for fixing their equipment.
Service Center offers extension of warranty from 1 to 3 years (according to the manufacturer’s conditions) for HPE, HPI, and Acer products.
