Branches
In addition to Tbilisi, UGT service center provides full service to customers in three cities of Georgia- Kutaisi, Batumi and Gori, through its regional branches. Our goal is to create a comfortable environment for our customers, so that they do not have to transport damaged equipment over long distances.
UGT service center offers diagnostic and repair services of computer, peripheral, network and server infrastructure equipment to individuals and legal entities, both during warranty and non-warranty periods.
The service center focuses on providing quality and timely service. In order to improve the quality of service, we systematically conduct surveys of our clients. Considering the opinion of the customers, we try our best to adjust our services and meet the growing demands of the customers.
Offering
UGT is constantly working on expanding the service area in the entire territory of Georgia. Warranty and non-warranty services of the service center can be obtained in Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi and Gori. The addresses of our service centers are:
