Warranty and Post-Warranty Services

The UGT service center is staffed by highly qualified and certified employees who systematically work on raising their qualifications. The service center provides services for various types of information technology equipment, such as notebooks, desktop computers, monitors, printers, scanners, projectors, servers, routers, etc.

UGT service center offers both warranty and non-warranty services.

Warranty service includes:

  • diagnosing damaged equipment during the warranty period
  • replacing the damaged part with the original part of the manufacturer
  • software support if it is covered by warranty conditions

Warranty service is performed at the manufacturer's expense until the warranty period expires. UGT non-warranty service is a paid service and the fee must be paid by the user after determining the cause of the defect. The service fee consists of the cost of the replacement part and the repair service.

UGT service center offers diagnostic and repair services of computer, peripheral, network and server infrastructure equipment to individuals and legal entities, both during warranty and non-warranty periods.
